Granny Smith

Trees are strong and consistently bountiful. Fruit size is medium, with a spherical shape. Quality and type is unique. The variety has a green, oily and slightly corrugated skin, crunchy flesh, juicy, and slightly acidic, but aromatic also. Very susceptible to Oldium and spotting. Can be stored up to ten months in good condition; Early harvested fruit are subjected to “warm” treatment.
